Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Timeline

Standard delivery timelines range between 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Promotional free shipping (if offered) is valid for a limited period and subject to terms.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected pin codes only.
VIBE RANTE reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or orders.
For COD orders, customers must ensure availability at the delivery address.

📌 Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of future COD services.

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
VIBE RANTE will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work closely with our courier partners, VIBE RANTE is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us and we will assist you.
