  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

📌 Products showing signs of wear, stains, perfume smell, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Swimwear
  •  Inner wear
  •  Clearance or Sale items
  •  Custom-made or altered products

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@viberante.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images or videos of the product showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after quality inspection of the returned product.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

🚫 Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.

6. Shipping Charges

  •  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  •  In case of approved returns due to defect or incorrect product, reverse pickup will be arranged by VIBE RANTE.
  • For size exchanges, customers may be required to bear shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
